@Inselaffen - my mate (Brendt) and I were the ones who recorded, edit, produced and uploaded these clips for everyone to see. We did this using our own equipment and at our own expenses. Unfortunately we were unable to attend the 2nd game at Stellenbosch due to individual commitments but i can guarantee you that we would have posted the footage regardless as hockey is a game of win and lose. It's the spirit with which the game is played that is most important!

The quality of play which we managed to watch, and capture, was superb and we have not had an opportunity to watch any international hockey since 2004 in Cape Town! (so I promise you we made every effort to do as much as possible). Our mens team (ranked 8 places lower than GB) also has absolutely no financial sponsorship worth really mentioning and hence out of our own love of the game we made every attempt to support both sides and the sport in general in order to highlight and grow interest therein within South Africa. Taking this into consideration I think it both teams played exceptionally well in what was a simply awesome 3 match series and we greatly appreciate the Great British side for their participation therein.

It was very disappointing that we could not capture the 2nd match as the complete series would have been fantastic!

Please bear in mind that we are simply avid supporters who are filming these games at no cost and doing all the work to ensure our fellow supporters both locally and abroad are able to view anything from the games as we know all too well how much it would be appreciated.
